Estes vermes têm a capacidade de regenerar partes perdidas do corpo, segundo pesquisas sugerem que sua taxa de envelhecimento é extremamente lenta, porém não se sabe se é existe.
9. Elefantes:
Embora não sejam “imortais”, os elefantes são conhecidos por sua longevidade, com muitos vivendo bem acima dos 60 anos em ambientes selvagens.
10. Papagaios;
Muitas espécies de papagaios podem viver várias décadas. O papagaio cinza africano, por exemplo, é estimado que pode viver até 60 anos ou mais em cativeiro.
